We use the Evolution Pod from Superior Float Tanks whose tanks are used by the US Navy Seals performance center, University athletic departments and can be found at the New England Patriots training facility.

Between each floatation session, the water is filtered 3 times through a 1-micron filter and treated with UV light and USP grade hydrogen peroxide. We also implement ozone water treatments that sterilize the water as well as the air and walls of the float tank. In addition to our strict filtering protocols between each float, every week we perform an in-depth cleaning on all of our floatation tanks and pods. On top of this we use pharmaceutical-grade Epsom salt that has a high magnesium content to prevent bacteria and microorganism growth.

We have onsite cleaners who clean our float rooms after every session with a non-toxic and all natural cleaner to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

When lying in the water, the Epsom salt works to create a zero gravity environment making it very difficult to sink beneath the water line. On top of this the water held in the tank is only 8-10 Inches deep. Water will not reach your eyes, mouth or nose when lying in the tank.Epsom salt is also completely safe and widely used in the beauty and health industries. We advise guests to take caution and try not to get any Epsom salt water in their eyes as it may temporarily sting, however provide fresh water to wash off in case of this.

Floatation therapy helps to relax people who have insomnia or sleeping difficulties and often clients will find that they will drift off into a peaceful sleep. If this happens during your session, our system will gradually increase music volume at the end of the treatment to help your body gradually wake up slowly. Floatation therapy can help clients with stress management, wind down after a busy day at work, recover from jet lag and even help to reset the body's circadian rhythm.

Yes. Floatation therapy provides a zero gravity environment which helps to take a lot of the stress off the body and relieve any aches and pains. If you are in your third trimester or have any health concerns, we recommend consulting with your physician first before floating.

We provide all guests with earplugs for upon their visit and recommend that everyone use these to help mitigate and risk of irritation. If you are carrying an ear infection or another injury, it is advised not to use Flotation Therapy until your ailment has healed. If you are having any ear problems, we recommend that you consult with your physician first.

People with incontinence, uncontrolled epilepsy, open wounds or sores (fresh tattoos, piercings), an infectious disease, and people with drug or alcohol intoxication or kidney problems. If you suffer from a serious medical condition, please consult your physician before attempting to float.

Due to health and safety reasons we only allow one person per tank.

If we find that the water has been contaminated with bodily fluids, we will have to charge a $2,000 fine to cover the costs of emptying the tank, refilling the tank, supplies, and canceling the appointments of other guests.

Epsom salt has a high content of magnesium, which is quickly absorbed by the skin, so there are a lot of health benefits to using it. It also will not dry your skin or cause it to prune up. While there is no guarantee that the salt won’t strip some color from your hair, we recommend that you check if the water running through your hair in the shower at home is clear. If there is still some color coming out of your hair, you should wait a couple of more days and showers. If needed, we can provide you with a new, unused hair cap. We do not recommend floating for those with dreadlocks and ask that all hair pieces and hair extensions are removed before entering the tank.

Our water filtration system removes 97% of chlorine and chloramines. Between each floatation session, the floatation tank water is filtered 3 times through a 1-micron filter and treated with UV light and hydrogen peroxide.

We also implement ozone water treatments to sterilize the water, airs and walls of the tanks. Our Epsom salts used are also pharmaceutical grade with high magnesium content that helps to prevent microorganisms and bacteria.

We have on site attendants in the spa to make sure that our float room is cleaned in between all sessions. We check the chemistry of the water several times a day as well as ensuring that we only use organic no chemical cleaning liquids.

Your spa facility is a complete private experience with own showers & amenities. You can bring a bathing suit or shorts.

As you will be required to fill in a client form and watch a short instructional video on your first visit, we recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your session. This will also allow time for you to spend a few minutes in our lounge before going into your private room.

Make sure that you are hydrated and have had something light to eat. When you arrive, please check in with our staff at reception.

Infrared heat is safe, healthy, and is a naturally occurring output of the sun. It does not contain harmful UV rays, and there is no risk of burning.

Our saunas have passed all safety inspections, including third-party tests and certifications. The materials used to build the sauna are high quality and non-toxic. The entire cabin of the sauna is made from 100% sustainability sourced wood. The Solocarbon heaters are made from FDA-approved materials and use ultra low EMF-technology. No unhealthy gases or fumes are released during the heating process.

Infrared heat is safe, healthy, and is a naturally occurring output of the sun. It does not contain harmful UV rays, and there is no risk of burning. The heat produced from Infrared Saunas is very gentle and the experience is similar to lying in the sun on a hot day. Traditional (hot rock or steam) saunas typically operate in excess of 200°F and heat the air vs the body directly. This can lead to the experience being unbearably hot and difficult to breathe and not as relaxing. S10 Recovery uses industry leading UV panels to help heat penetrate body tissue(vs heating the surface of the skin) making it seven times more effective than traditional saunas at detoxifying the body. By raising the body’s core temperature, infrared can produce sweat composed of 20% toxins vs only 3% with traditional sauna.

We recommend checking with your doctor first.
